Ms Reginah Mhaule was appointed Deputy Minister of International Relations and Cooperation from 27 February 2018. Member of Parliament of the Republic of South Africa from February 2018. Deputy Minister of International Relations and Cooperation from February 2018.

Currently studying towards a PhD to be completed in 2018 at the University of Fort Hare. Master's in Public Administration in 2012 at the University of Pretoria. Project and Programme Management in 2008 at the University of Johannesburg. Bachelor of Education (Honours) in 2002 at the then University of Potchefstroom (now North-West University). Further Diploma in Education in 1997 and BA degree in 1996 at UNISA. Secondary Teacher's Diploma in 1990 at Mgwenya College of Education.
