Zuma Remains Expelled From Anc: Mbalula

African National Congress ANC Secretary General Fikile Mbalula says that former President Jacob Zuma remains expelled from the party .

Mbalula made the comments in Boksburg, Ekurhuleni, Friday afternoon, where the party is holding its four-day National Executive Committee meeting.

The Umkhonto weSizwe MK Party on Friday announced that Zuma would appeal his expulsion from the ANC.

Mbalula says that Zumas appeal is now with the National Disciplinary Committee of Appeal.

No, he is expelled. He has appealed exactly within the prescription of the Constitution. So, we are not entertaining that. That matter is with the NDCA, it is dealing with that matter with him, so that is not an issue. Jacob Zuma is just confusing himself and at the same time and the general populace, but he does that because theres a mileage, hes scoring out of that because the MK Party is a project. Its not an organisation."
