This marks a 200 percent increase from the previous years allocation of 1.3 million, reflecting the company's strengthened focus on sustainable development across the country.
Commitment to education, healthcare, and economic empowermentInnscors CSR efforts are primarily focused on inclusive growth, particularly in the areas of education and healthcare. In 2024, the company provided on-the-job training to 181 students and apprentices, continuing its push to equip Zimbabwe's youth with valuable skills.
Gender inclusivity also saw positive strides, with women making up 30 percent of the casual workforce and 27 percent of management positions.
Healthcare remained a central priority, with over 50,000 visits to Innscors in-house clinics and expanded health services through external partnerships. The companys initiatives in healthcare support not only its employees but also contribute to public health nationwide.
