World Indoor Championships Medalists Arrive Home

South Africas medalists have arrived back from the World Indoor Championships held in Najing, China.

Up and coming 800 metres athlete, Prudence Sekgodiso, became the first South African woman to get a medal at the championships when she won the womens 800 metres event.

The 23-year-old Limpopo-born Sekgodiso also reached the final of the 800 metres at the Paris Olympic Games last year.

She says she cannot wait for what lies ahead.

"Now people know me, I am looking forward to the world champs, the Olympics, everything, you know I am on top now."
