Wit Africa Unpacks Next Gen Travel Tech
Web in Travel WiT Africa returns to Innovation City in Cape Town on March 12 and March 13, bringing together the brightest minds in travel and technology under the theme Next Generation. This years event will focus on some of the industrys top-performing companies and start-ups, innovation in distribution and cutting-edge developments in travel.
WiT conferences have been driving industry conversations since 2005, under the leadership of WiT Founder, Siew Hoon Yeon . The Africa edition mirrors the format of its global counterparts in Singapore, Seoul, Dubai and the US. Attendees include top executives from airlines, hotel groups, safari lodges, OTAs and industry disruptors.
With a maximum of 200 attendees, WiT Africa will offer an intimate networking environment with the opportunity to interact with global speakers and industry leaders.
Mentoring the next generationOne of the highlights of WiT Africa 2025, will be held the day before the main event an invitation-only Next Generation Roundtable taking place on March 12. Here, industry mentors from around the world will engage with under-35s selected from various stakeholders and academic institutions. This session will feature panel discussions and networking opportunities aimed at travels future leaders.
