Win R40k In Marketing Opportunities By Paying Tomsa Levies
The Tourism Business Council of South Africa TBCSA has introduced ways to encourage small businesses such as guesthouses and B B owners to be graded and contribute to the growth of South Africas tourism industry by becoming Tourism Marketing South Africa TOMSA levy contributors.
A TBCSA spokesperson told Tourism Update the organisation has launched its TOMSA levy collection campaign in conjunction with the Tourism Grading Council of South Africas campaign offering free grading throughout February to establishments that have not yet been graded or where grading has lapsed for longer than three years.
The initiative will enable all establishments to benefit from G20 visitors.
By registering in February to become TOMSA levy contributors, guesthouses and B Bs could win R40 000 worth of marketing opportunities including:
- A prime-time radio interview to showcase the business and an online recording for their own marketing use.
- Featured profiling on TBCSA and TOMSA media platforms.
- Discounted entry to key industry trade shows.
