UK-based international Disc Jockey Abolade Abdul Lazeez Olakunle a.k.a DJ Flammzy recently embarked on a musical journey to reconnect the old and young fans of Yusuf Olakunle with the remixing of his evergreen song, Yegede. which was released in 2018.
The song, released in 2018 was remixed at the instance of Premier Records Limited, which also organized its listening party at Bheerhugz, City Mall, Ikeja,Lagos.
The event witnessed the presence of music stakeholders including Efe Omorogbe, Dr. Chinedu Chukwuji, Andre Vibez, Osezua Steve Imobhio, representative of Yusuf Olatunji Foundation, Kayce Ogunejiofor, Mark Redguard among others.
In recognition of their contributions to the growth of Nigerian music, Lifetime Achievement Awards were given to the late Sir Victor Uwaifor and Yusuf Olatunji of blessed memory.
