Its been months since Bafana Bafana midfielder Bongani Zungu left Mamelodi Sundowns , and his future still looks like it wont be resolved any time soon.
Zungu dropped a bombshell towards the end of last season when he announced on social media that he was going to be leaving the reigning league champions .
Zungus departure was also cited as one of the things that contributed to the strained relationship between former Sundowns coach Rulani Mokwena and sporting director Flemming Berg. Mokwena was sacked days after Zungus announcement.
Having played in countries such as Portugal and Scotland, and with a lot of international experience, it was expected that he wouldnt struggle to find a new home.
However, with the season well underway, Zungu has still not managed to land himself a new club.
