Whatsapp Exchanges Between Mengo, Judge Mbenenge Under Scrutiny

The Judicial Conduct Tribunal probing sexual harassment allegations against Judge President Selby Mbenenge has sought to understand why the complainant told him to earn it in response to his persistent requests for her images.
