Ucl Merson Singles Out Three Arsenal Players After 3-0 Win Over Monaco

Arsenal legend, Paul Merson, has hailed three academy players after the team beat Monaco 3-0 in the Champions League on Wednesday night.

Bukayo Saka scored twice and provided the assist for the third squeezed in by Kai Havertz.

Saka came through the Hale End Academy, just like Myles Lewis-Skelly who was handed a rare start due to injuries in Arsenals back line.

Ethan Nwaneri, another academy product, came on late in the game to replace captain Martin Odegaard.

There will be a lot of proud people at Arsenal, people involved in the academy, Merson said on Sky Sports.
