Manchester United legend, Wayne Rooney has labelled Liverpool captain, Virgil van Dijk as lazy after naming the defender at fault for Paris Saint-Germain's goal in the Champions League Round of 16 second leg tie on Tuesday night.

Rooney insisted that Van Dijk left a massive gap for Dembele, who scored the games only goal of the match during 120 minutes.

Dembele was able to smuggle the ball over the line despite having Dominik Szoboszlai and Ibrahima Konate for company with Alisson Becker also rushing out from goal.
