Nigerias Flamingos booked a spot in the quarter-finals at the ongoing 2024 FIFA U-17 Womens World following a comprehensive 4-0 victory over debutants Ecuador.
Shakirat Moshood bagged a brace with Harmony Chidi and Peace Effiong also on target for the West Africans.
Moshood converted from the penalty spot two minutes before the half hour mark after captain Taiwo Afolabi was fouled inside the box.
The Flamingos had to wait until nine minutes into the second half before doubling their lead.
Chidi fired home from inside the box following a brilliant Effiongs assist.
