Receptionist
Nature of Appointment: 12 Months Fixed-Term Contract
Salary: R183,279 per annum Level 4 37 in lieu of benefits

Requirements:
- Matric certificate or NCV Level 4 certificate in Office Administration
- N6 Certificate or Diploma/Degree in Office Administration
- At least two 2 years of work experience or exposure as a switchboard operator or receptionist
- Excellent communication skills, interpersonal relations, client focus, and innovative thinking
- Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision
- Adherence to Batho Pele principles, telephone etiquette, and good interpersonal relations
- Proficiency in computer literacy, with knowledge of MS Office packages
Duties:
- Manage campus reception duties
- Control switchboard operations, including making/receiving and forwarding calls
- Provide clerical support services
- Oversee and manage the photocopy machines
- Distribute correspondence to appropriate officials
- Administer stationery requests and maintain proper records
- Offer general administrative support, including document typing
- Perform electronic and manual filing
- Conduct data capturing and document binding
- Contribute to overall college record management
- Assist with stock-taking when required
- Provide relief services in the offices of managers
- Circulate and update emergency procedures and contact numbers
