Two women accused of being the masterminds behind the murders of their husbands in separate incidents, had their trials adjourned by the Thohoyandou High Court sitting at Waterval outside Louis Trichardt in Limpopo.

Ntanganedzeni Nemaranzhe, who allegedly hired three hitmen to kill her husband and businessman, Azwifaneli Mudau, had her trial adjourned until Tuesday September 10. The businessman was killed on Valentines Day in 2019.

In another trial, the accused, Zwidofhelangani Manwadu, who hired three hitmen to kill her husband James Manwadu, in January 2022, had her trial postponed to next week.

The accused Nemaranzhe allegedly hired Tshivhangwaho Mudau, Tshililo Madega and Takalani Nemutandani, to kill her husband and businessman, Mudau.

About 10 witnesses have already testified since the trial started last year.
