Newly-promoted Turkish club Goztepe are in talks with Super Eagles striker Stephen Odey in view of a potential transfer this summer, Soccernet.ng reports.
Goztepe just got promoted to the Turkish topflight after finishing second in the second division. And following their promotion, they are looking to add some quality to their team.
Recall that the club was previously linked with Super Eagles star Paul Onuachu, but nothing concrete has emerged from those talks, as the 30-year-old wants to join Trabzonspor instead.
But in a new development according to Turkish outlet, Sozcu Spo r, Goztepe have opened talks with Odey in view of a deal this summer.
The deal is expected to be a permanent striker will arrive at a decent price, as he is valued at €1 million according to Transfermarkt .
