Trabzonspor President, Ertugrul Dogan has confirmed that the club is in talks with Southampton to sign Paul Onuachu on loan for another season.
Onuachu spent last season on loan at Trabzonspor from Premier League Southampton.
The Nigeria international registered 19 goal involvements in 21 league appearances to help Trabzonspor qualify for the UEFA Europa League.
The 30-year-old has expressed his desire to remain at the club but Southampton are only willing to sanction a permanent transfer instead of another loan deal.
Dogan revealed they are in talks with Southampton to sort out the deal.
