Trabzonspor President, Ertugrul Dogan is hopeful the club can find a solution with Southampton for Paul Onuachu.
Onuachu spent last season on loan at the Turkish Super Lig champions, scoring 17 goals across all competitions.
The Black Sea Storm are desperate to sign the Nigeria international on a permanent contract but are finding it difficult to meet Southamptons valuation.
Dogan revealed Trabzonspor have offered €8m for the player but Southampton are demanding €15m for the striker.
He said the club cant pay the fee for a player of Onuachus age. Onuachu was a player who played for us on loan last season. His club insistently demands around 15 million euros. We offered 8 million euros with bonuses, he told NTVSpor.
