Transfer: He Would Be Gold For Them Hamann Surprised Arsenal Didn't Sign Liverpool Striker

Former Liverpool midfielder, Didi Hamann, has told Mikel Artetas Arsenal they should have signed Reds attacker Darwin Nunez in the January window.

According to him, the Uruguayan striker can solve their goal scoring issues and would have helped them unlock defenses with his presence.

The former Premier League star told Prime Casino, that Nunez would have improved Mikel Artetas side.

He is of the opinion that the Gunners made a mistake by not looking the Uruguay internationals way and by having not tried to lure him away from Anfield.

The only real question mark I have about Arsenal's squad is the centre forward position. And I think even Darwin Nunez, I think Nunez would be gold for Arsenal, he said as quoted by Metro.
