Manchester United want to re-sign their former academy starlet, Angel Gomes next summer, with new manager Ruben Amorim a big fan of the player, according to The Sun.
The 24-year-old came through the ranks with the Red Devils.
Gomes became Uniteds fourth-youngest player of all-time, when he made his debut at 16 years and 263 days against Crystal Palace in a Premier League game in May 2017.
However, Gomes struggled to nail down a regular place over the next three years, making just 10 appearances in all competitions.
He was eventually released in the summer of 2020.
