They added that this years gathering will be expanded to not only include delicious food and lively music but also art and fashion.
While R B headline act Janet Jackson had to pull out due to the death of her brother, Tito Jackson, organisers have secured Busta Rhymes and Jason Derulo as the replacement headliner acts.
They will both perform on Saturday, with American superstar Jill Scott headlining the Sunday show.
