Tiger Woods Comeback 49.0 Put On Ice After Back Surgery

Tiger Woods stated on Tuesday that he is uncertain about when he will return to competition following his recent back surgery in September.

The 15-time major winner, who will turn 49 on December 30, did not provide a specific timeline for his recovery.

"I'm just progressively trying to test it, keep making progress without setting it off," Woods explained. "I dont want to have any setbacks I just want to keep making progress and give myself the best chance going into next year."

Woods added, "I feel like I'm getting stronger, Im getting more pliable, but Ive got a long way to go to be able to compete against these guys."
