Three Suspects Ganyesa Police Constable Murder Case Arrested
North West MEC for Community Safety and Transport Management, Wessels Morweng has welcomed the arrest of three suspects, following the murder of a 41-year-old police constable in Ganyesa near Vryburg.
Police spokesperson, Captain Mpho Manyoba says three suspects have been arrested and some of the victims belongings were recovered.
The late constable, Eric Tekolo was taken to the local clinic after being found with stab wounds on the street at Phohung section, Ganyesa Village outside Vryburg on Friday evening, April 4. The constable later succumbed to his injuries. Ensuing investigations culminated in the arrest of the trio, including the recovery of some of the victims' robbed goods. The suspects are expected to appear in the Ganyesa Magistrates Court, says Manyoba.
