Former Bafana Bafana midfielder Thabo Mngomeni is confident in the national teams chances at next years Africa Cup of Nations in Morocco.
Hugo Broos men beat South Sudan 3-0 in Cape Town on Tuesday , and after last weeks 2-0 win over Uganda , finished top of Group K with an unbeaten record and 14 points from their six games.
Mngomeni was so impressed with their performance that he predicted the team can go all the way and win the tournament in Morocco next year.
We will win Afcon next year, but only if we continue playing as we have been, Mngomeni was quoted by on Wednesday.
We shouldnt change our playing style or approach. I believe we have a great chance of winning the next Afcon, said Mngomeni, who played 32 times for Bafana Bafana between 1998 and 2002.
