Tato Completes Driver Guides Conduct And Ethics Training

The Tanzania Association of Tour Operators TATO has completed the Safari Guiding Code of Conduct and Ethics Training for driver guides with 530 participants from its member companies.
The training was done in two phases in Arusha, targeting driver guides with the goal of reinforcing professionalism, guest safety and ethical standards within Tanzanias tourism sector.
The sessions, facilitated by experienced tourism and training professionals, were designed to offer theoretical insights and practical guidance and provided a structured platform to better the quality of service delivery, strengthen ethical values and improve the overall visitor experience across the countrys safari circuits.
The training sessions also incorporated interactive elements such as case studies, real-life scenarios and guided discussions, which allowed participants to engage actively and reflect on their roles and responsibilities.
