State Of Free State Municipalities Discussed At Anc Meeting

The state of municipalities was discussed at a meeting between the ANC National Working Committee NWC and the partys Free State Provincial Executive Committee.

Speaking on the sidelines of the meeting at Bloemfontein, ANC national spokesperson Mahlengi Bhengu-Motsiri says the National Working Committee is wrapping up its three-day visit to the province today.

The stage of regional executive committees and the stage of caucus at municipalitys and how the ANC is performing in the various municipalities. What are the challenges what is lacking what needs reinforcing. Those are the reports are currently being tabled that would then followed by a report of the Provincial Executive Committee giving us their own perspective about matters that I have stated including overall the state of governance in the Free State province. That will then be followed by a very reflective discussion on all these reports and a recommendation and a way forward,
