Spyro, Ubi Franklin Trade Words Over Debt

Singer Spyro and music executive, Ubi Franklin are accusing themselves of debt they have refused to pay each other.

While Spryo said he was deceived into performing at an event by Ubi and promised an underpayment which he was yet to get, Ubi accused Spyro of failing to give him an agreed percentage from a business they did.

Spyro made the revelation on the Echoroom podcast. He narrated that the issue began when Ubi Franklin told him that Davido wanted him to perform at a birthday party.

He said, I have an issue with Ubi Franklin. He came and said David wanted us to perform at a birthday party he was invited to, that he was going to give 5,000. I called him to the side and said I dont charge that amount, by Nigeria currency I charge at least N20 million.

After I was ambushed to perform, Ubi changed the narrative and said it wasnt David behind the request.
