Tottenham have taken the decision to suspend Yves Bissouma ahead of their 2024/25 Premier League opener against Leicester after the midfielder was spotted inhaling laughing gas.
The 27-year-old recently posted a video on his social media handles which showed him inhaling laughing gas or Nitrous Oxide from a balloon.
According to the United Kingdom law, possession and recreational use of Nitrous Oxide is a criminal offence and can result in a two-year prison sentence. Reflecting on the incident, Spurs manager Ange Postecoglou hopes the African star will make better decisions in future.
