South Africa Eye History, Uganda Seek Redemption

The U-17 Africa Cup of Nations continues on Thursday with South Africas next challenge in the tournament against Cameroon at the Larbi Zaouli Stadium. Kick-off is at 16h00 CAT.
Cameroon lost their opener against Burkina Faso, and will be looking to collect maximum points against a high-flying Amajimbos who fought to come back from behind to defeat Egypt in their first match.
Cameroons defeat to Burkina Faso extends their winless streak in AFCON group stage matches to four. A South African victory would mark the first time theyve won their opening two group games in the tournaments history.
Im happy with our first game. The team stayed composed in tough moments, and that gave us confidence going forward, said star Amajimbos player Emile Witbooi.
We kept our composure and took our chances. This win reflects our mentality we never give up. I love having the ball, organising the play, and helping my teammates get into the right positions.
