Award-winning property investor Ridhwaan Basa recently shared a shocking video on Instagram , offering a glimpse into the frustrations of managing an Airbnb business, Cape town Etc reports.

The post, which quickly went viral, was captioned, 'How guests left my Airbnb. This can be one of the most annoying parts of running an Airbnb business.'

In the video, Basa revealed extensive damages caused by guests staying at one of his properties in Camps Bay .

Among the destruction was a completely ruined stove top, stained furniture, and pool sticks that appeared to have been chewed at the ends.

The damage was so severe that Basa's followers couldn't help but react with disbelief.
