Sgb Member In Hammanskraal Arrested For Contravening Protection Order
A School Governing Body SGB member has been arrested for contravening a protection order that the school obtained.
Parents of learners at Tsebe Ntlha Primary School in Hammanskraal north of Pretoria are at loggerheads with the school principal over fee payments.
Despite it being a no-fee paying public school, parents allege that they are paying fees for registration, stationery and other expenses.
An investigation by the Gauteng Education Department led to her salary been docked for two months.
This parent, who wants to remain anonymous, says seven other arrest warrants have been issued for other SGB members at the school.
