Selena Gomez has revealed that she cant carry children due to medical reasons.
The Wizards of Waverly Place actress, 32, recently said she was planning to adopt a baby before she met her music producer boyfriend Benny Blanco, 36, who she has been dating since 2023 and has now revealed she has had to grieve her inability to naturally become a mother.
She told Vanity Fair: I havent ever said this, but I unfortunately cant carry my own children.
I have a lot of medical issues that would put my life and the babys in jeopardy. That was something I had to grieve for a while.
Selena went on about how she is still determined to become a mum in a different way: Its not necessarily the way I envisioned it. I thought it would happen the way it happens for everyone.
