Fund managers who deliver outstanding and consistent investment returns were recognised at the inaugural Fundhub Awards on Monday evening.

The performance of single and multimanager funds, as well as hedge funds and passive funds, was judged as part of the awards.

The Collaborative Exchange an independent and specialised investment consulting, research, and event management business launched the awards, with News24 joining as a media sponsor.

During a gala event in Cape Town, Kevin Hinton, founder of The Collaborative Exchange, said the new awards were designed with a single-minded purpose: To restore credence within the industry with a programme that is modern in its approach and reflects many of the changing dynamics taking place within our industry.
