The SAPS have launched a manhunt for two suspects who shot and killed three people in Khayelitsha, on Friday night, Cape {town} Etc reports.
The circumstances that led to the death of three males aged between 36 and 44, and the attempt to kill two others, last night in Khayelitsha are being pursued by Serious and Violent Crime Unit detectives, said Colonel Andre Traut, police spokesperson.
Two unidentified gunmen opened fire at the ST informal settlement in Site B, Khayelitsha at around 10:00pm before both suspects fled the scene on foot, according to News24 .
The motive for the multiple murders and attempted murders is yet to be determined, said Traut.
