Sacp Vows To Keep Its Status As A Registered Political Party
The South African Communist Party SACP has vowed to keep its status as a registered political party and to contest future elections in line with the resolutions of its previous conferences.
This follows the Independent Electoral Commissions earlier notice to de-register the party with other 191 political which remain inactive.
The parties have until the 24th of March to make submissions to the commission detailing why they should not be de-registered.
