Sacha Feinberg-mngomezulu Sets Sights On Stormers' Comeback After Injury Hell

Sacha Feinberg-Mngomezulu, recently named SA Rugby's Young Player of the Year, is ready to make his long-awaited return to action with the Stormers after a season plagued by injuries, Cape town Etc reports.
The 23-year-old has endured a difficult run, starting with a knee injury during Springbok duties last year, followed by several early exits for the Stormers, including a shoulder injury in December that sidelined him ever since.
Now, with the Stormers in a critical position in the URC standings, Feinberg-Mngomezulu is eyeing the upcoming matches against Scarlets and Ulster as his comeback moment. The team, currently 12th in the league, cannot afford any more slip-ups if they want to make the playoffs.
'I feel confident and well-prepared,' Feinberg-Mngomezulu said, reflecting on his injury layoff. 'I've used the time to make sure I come back stronger and ready to have a great, injury-free season.'
Having proven his versatility across various backline positions, Feinberg-Mngomezulu has firmly set his sights on a future at flyhalf, where he feels most at home. His growth as a player, shaped by time spent in different roles, has only sharpened his instincts for the No 10 jersey.
