Sabalenka Wins Miami Open, Djokovic Chases 100th Career Title

World number one Aryna Sabalenka clinched the Miami Open title, defeating American fourth seed Jessica Pegula 7-5, 6-2 in the WTA 1000 final at Hard Rock Stadium.

This marks Sabalenka's first Miami title and her second trophy of the season, following her January victory in Brisbane.

Determined to bounce back from her Indian Wells final loss to 17-year-old Mirra Andreeva, Sabalenka delivered a powerful and precise performance to deny Pegula a home-court victory.

Meanwhile, in the men's final on Sunday, fourth seed Novak Djokovic will face 19-year-old Czech Jakub Mensik, with the 37-year-old Serbian legend aiming for his 100th professional title.
