South African Airways has reopened The Lounge at Chief Dawid Stuurman International Airport in Gqeberha, in partnership with Discovery and Investec Bank.
The renovated premium lounge in Gqeberha follows the reopening of the extensively upgraded Platinum and Premium lounges in the international departures terminal at OR Tambo International Airport in Johannesburg, as reported by Travel News .
The Gqeberha lounge is on the mezzanine level at domestic departures, and features coffee made by professionally trained baristas using La Marzocco espresso machines, as well as a selection of South African wines and a range of meals.
