Sa Artist Moya To Open For Lauryn Hill And Yg Marley In London

Renowned local actress Nomoya Refiloe Dube is set to solidify her newfound music career when she takes to the stage as an opening act for Lauryn Hill and her son YG Marley, in London this month.

The 32-year-old, who goes by the stage name of Moya in the music world, has made a name for herself in the entertainment world by featuring in productions like The Queen and The River .

Earlier this year, she signed with a new record label managed under Sony Music Entertainment.

With her musical style including elements of Caribbean hip hop, a touch of country and reggae, she released her debut single, Big Boy Gun in August.

The Mpumalanga-born artist was meant to make her international music debut a few months ago but things didn't work out as planned.
