Ruben Amorim Doesn't Want Marcus Rashford To Leave Manchester United
Fresh off the news that Marcus Rashford may want to leave Manchester United , coach Ruben Amorim says he wants the player to remain at the Red Devils.
Rashford, a former prodigy, has spent eight years at the Red Devils, scoring 138 goals in 426 games.
On Tuesday it emerged that the 27-year-old Rashford could be ready to leave the club, after some cryptic comments he made in the media.
Rashford was left out of the United team for the Manchester derby in the Premier League over the weekend, and he admitted to being disappointed he was not included and that he was ready for a new challenge and the next steps, in an interview with British journalist Henry Winter on social media.
sked whether he had spoken to Rashford about the issue, Amorim said 'No I've not spoken to him,' Amorim said. 'Not yet. It was yesterday when I gave the day off to the lads, so he's our player and he's ready for the next game.'
