Royal Am Expelled From The Psl - Reports

THE Premier Soccer League PSL Board of Governors BoG is believed to have terminated beleaguered club Royal AMs membership after a day-long meeting held at the Sandton Convention Centre in Johannesburg on Thursday.
The nail in the Royal AM coffin came after recommendations made by the PSLs Executive Committee Exco last week that the Pietermaritzburg-based club be put under a guillotine.
Royal AM were under SA Revenue Service SARS curatorship over a tax debt of around R40 million linked to owner and businesswoman Shauwn Mkhize.
Royal AM 'superfan' Mama Joy Chauke was among the first people to break the news that Royal AM is no more as the club has been expelled from the Premier Soccer League, after months of chaos emanating from curatorship by the South African Revenue Services.
'It's over yes, thanks Ma for giving me an opportunity to be a Royal AM Superfan. You treated me with dignity, with like one of your family members. I enjoyed and thanks to other Royal AM supporters for showing me love. Royal AM was my family. No home,' wrote Chauke on X formerly Twitter.
