Ronwen Williams Family Sees Him As Inspiration To Youth

The family of Bafana Bafana captain Ronwen Williams continues to view him as a true inspiration for the younger generation of goalkeepers in South Africa.

The 32-year-old recently earned the prestigious CAF Goalkeeper of the Year Award, further cementing his status as one of the top players on the continent. Williams is also the Mamelodi Sundowns Player of the Year and remains one of the biggest stars in the Premier Soccer League PSL.

His family in Gqeberha has expressed immense pride in his achievements. "That achievement is not just for Ronwen, it is for every South African. It serves to strengthen not only the Bafana Bafana team but also the PSL," one of his family members shared.
