Rolling In The Green! Dean Burmester Banks Incredible R41m For Second Place In Liv Hong Kong Event

SAs Dean Burmester pocketed the huge sum of R41.19 million for finishing in second place at the LIV Golf Hong Kong event on Sunday.

The Stingers player Burmester finished on 15-under for the 54-hole Saudi-funded event, three behind Spaniard Sergio Garcia who claimed the title.

Its not the first big payday this season for Burmester, after he pocketed R18.4m at LIV Golf Riyadh, and R5.71m in Adelaide last month.

Despite earning over R40m in Hong Kong, its just over half of Burmesters biggest ever payday on the LIV Golf circuit. Burmester won a staggering R77.1m at the LIV Golf event in Miami in April last year.

After the tournament, Burmester was more than pleased with his game at the moment.
