Lakes passion for magic started in childhood, sparked by TV magic performances. He admired figures like Walt Disney, Steven Spielberg, and Jim Henson, and was inspired by behind-the-scenes documentaries on movie and Broadway magic.
By 10, he was already practising simple tricks for family and friends, and his passion only grew from there.
As a teenager, he started performing at local events and competitions, refining his skills and gaining valuable experience.
Lake told City Lifestyle: As a kid, I saw my fair share of magic showseven had a magic kitbut it never took hold. Then I saw this huge production. It had tigers, lions, 30 or 40 dancers, and was very theatrical.
