Reality TV star Vuyokazi Nciweni recently shared details about her cosmetic surgery in Turkey on social media.

Taking to YouTube, the mother of two shared an hour-long vlog showcasing her trip and sharing details and reasons why she decided to do a tummy-tuck procedure.

I was supposed to tell you guys about my journey to Turkey and why I came to Turkey. So, guys, I actually came for a gastric sleeve surgery/weight loss surgery.

Its something that I thought would be good for me because I am actually struggling with losing weight. Ive tried everything eating proper foods and all of that, but I think I lacked self-discipline when it comes to the kind of foods that I eat and that has become very unhealthy for me to a point where it gets so bad,' she explained.

The Izingane Zesthembu star mentioned that other reasons for getting the cosmetic surgery were because her body feels very heavy, her legs get swollen and shes always tired.
