Ramaphosa's Talk With Musk Broke Diplomatic Protocols: Eff

The Economic Freedom Fighters EFF has criticised President Cyril Ramaphosa for telephonically engaging Elon Musk on the Expropriation Bill which was recently signed into law.

The EFF says Ramaphosa has effectively lost the power that he holds as the president of the country.

The party says this has inevitably opened him up to the control and manipulation of big corporations.

The EFFs comments follow the Presidencys confirmation this week, that Ramaphosa spoke to Musk on issues of misinformation and disinformation about South Africa.

In a strongly worded statement, the EFF says it is dismayed at Ramaphosas decision to break diplomatic protocols by calling Musk, who the party says is an unelected government official.
