President Ramaphosa Pleased With Return Of Wounded Soldiers

President Cyril Ramaphosa says he is pleased that the remainder of the wounded soldiers from the Democratic Republic of Congo DRC have been successfully repatriated.

The South African National Defence Force SANDF started repatriating the wounded soldiers from early this week.

Fourteen other SANDF members were killed during a peacekeeping mission in the eastern DRC last month.

They were laid to rest in different provinces these past two weekends.

The president was speaking on the sidelines of the Education Lekgotla taking place in Boksburg, Johannesburg.
