Super Eagles winger Samuel Chukwueze is expected to leave AC Milan at the end of the season, as he is now considered as surplus to requirements,
Chukwueze joined AC Milan from Villarreal in a deal worth 21.1 million two years ago, and it has been a topsy-turvy stay for the 25-year-old Super Eagles star.
He was expected to do big things, but he has struggled badly. After struggling last season, it looked like the appointment of Paulo Fonseca was going to help him as he got a lot of game time in preseason. However, it did not pan out like that, as the Super Eagles star got most of his minutes from the bench.

But his situation has even gotten worse since AC Milan appointed Sergio Conceicao after Fonseca was sacked at the turn of the year. Since then, his minutes have reduced drastically.
In fact, since the start of 2025, Chukwueze has played only 206 minutes in AC Milans 25 games.
