Postbank Says It Will Administer Social Grants Competently

The Postbank has assured Parliament that it will administer social grants competently . This follows the South African Social Security Agencys SASSA slow process to change its gold to black Postbank cards.

Postbank CEO Nikki Mbengashe says they will ensure that no grant beneficiary is left out.

Mbengashe attended a meeting between officials from her office, SASSA and Parliaments Social Development Portfolio Committee members yesterday.

A persons grant goes into their bank account and even if they dont use it today, it remains there. Postbank is a normal bank account, the same as a major bank. We are guaranteeing even post-March, you will have access to your money.
