Miami-Dade detectives reported they have incriminating surveillance videos of Yoel Setienmartinez, also known as Yoel Antonio Setien Martinez, and his tattoos - including one of a girl with a wolf - were helpful in a case that took months to solve.
According to the Miami-Dade police arrest report, the women who identified Setien were 39 to 61 years old and residents of Miami-Dade's Country Walk neighborhood. Some knew he targeted them repeatedly, and in one case, there were girls as young as 10 and 16 years old in the home.
One of his victims, a 58-year-old woman, reported she first spotted Setien masturbating in her backyard at about 245 a.m., on May 12, and she was terrified when he returned to do the same thing at about 1035 p.m., on Sept. 7, police records show.
