Police have launched a manhunt for a suspect in the killing of the General Manager of Water in the Mangaung Metro Municipality in Bloemfontein.
Forty-eight-year-old Luzuko Ntlabezo was gunned down at the municipal regional offices in Rocklands yesterday afternoon.
Police say Ntlabezo was driving his vehicle in the company of a colleague when an unknown man approached them and fired shots at the driver.
Police found four empty cartridges near the car.
Ntlabezos colleague was treated for shock.
